Ingredients
1 cup Malolo strawberry syrup
5 cups water
sweet li hing mui
5 (6 oz.) plastic cups
Instructions
Mix the Malolo strawberry syrup and water together until fully combined. Place li hing mui into the bottom of each plastic cup. Pour the syrup mixture over the li hing mui, filling each cup evenly. Transfer to the freezer and freeze until fully set.
