Fundraising with KTA Puainako Bakery

Is your non-profit organization or sports team in need of fundraising?

Our Bakery Fundraising Opportunities makes it easy. Just choose the product(s) you want to sell, and KTA will handle the rest of the details. Everything from printing the tickets to picking-up the product will be taken care of by us. All your organization needs to do is sell the tickets. You set the donation amount for a ticket, and control how much money you make.

Donation Prices

  • You may set your ticket prices depending on how much profit you wish to make.
  • For more information or if you wish to set up a fundraiser, please call the Bakery Manager at 959-9111.

Tickets

  • Minimum of 100 tickets.
  • Tickets are printed at no cost to the organization.
  • Organization cannot print their own tickets.
  • Tickets take approximately seven working days to be printed.
  • All unsold tickets must be turned in one (1) week prior to when the pick-up period begins.
  • You will be charged for tickets that have been sold.

Deposit

  • $100.00 for the first 1000 tickets and $0.05 per ticket thereafter.
  • Requirements for the return of your deposit:
    • 75% of the tickets must be sold
    • The bakery must be paid one (1) week prior to when the pick-up period begins.
    • The fundraiser is not cancelled after the tickets are printed

Pick-up Periods

  • 100-300 tickets – Two weeks of pick-up
  • 300-500 tickets – Four weeks of pick-up
  • When the pick-up period has ended, tickets may not be redeemed unless pre-authorized by KTA Puainako’s Bakery Management.
