Hawaii Island resident Chef Chef Amy E Ferguson, a co-founder of Hawaii Regional Cuisine and former Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Mauna Lani, now runs her own business, Cater Hawaii. “KTA is my go-to grocery store, where I find all the fresh, authentic ingredients I need to create my recipes,” says the well-travelled chef. “I’m honored to be part of the KTA team.”
