Chef Grant grew up loving pot pie — warm, hearty, and made with whatever leftovers were around. It’s still a favorite, now loaded with everything from turkey to kālua pig! The ultimate homey meal for holiday extras.
Ingredients
3 cups diced or shredded cooked turkey
2 cans (10.5 oz.) Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
1 bag (12 oz.) frozen peas and carrots or mixed vegetables
½ sheet puff pastry
1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9″x14″ baking pan. Spread the turkey evenly across the bottom of the pan.
Top the turkey with cream of chicken soup, spreading it evenly, then sprinkle the frozen vegetables evenly over the top.
Lay the puff pastry over the vegetables. Perforate the pastry with a fork across the entire surface, then brush with the beaten egg. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into 12 pieces (3 rows by 4) and serve warm.
