Plastic Bag Recycling Program

In early 2008, KTA Super Stores and Waikoloa Village Market established a plastic bag recycling program for consumers.

Simply bring in your used† HDPE #2 plastic bags and deposit them into the conveniently located recycling bins at our stores.

Your bags, along with other plastics used in our operations (e.g. pallet shrink wrap, merchandise case packaging, etc.) are then transported to a licensed, locally owned and operated recycling agent.

Please ensure plastic bags are clean and dry before depositing into receptacle.
